Ingredients of Orange cream pudding

  1. You need 1 n half cup of Milk.
  2. Prepare half cup of Sugar.
  3. It's 1 cup of Whipping cream or fresh cream beaten.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Vanila essance.
  5. It's 1 n half tbsp of Gelatin.
  6. You need 1 cup of Orange juice.
  7. You need half cup of Sugar (for orange syrup).
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of Honey.
  9. It's quarter cup of Ice water.

Orange cream pudding instructions

  1. Make Orange juice from 3 oranges..
  2. Mix it with sugar & heat it, when it boils, then add honey. Stir it till it becomes syrup consistency..
  3. Remove from heat. Cool it..
  4. Soak gelatin in ice water for 5 min. Heat milk, add sugar, stir it well till the sugar dissolves, then add soaked gelatin. Mix it well. Remove from heat. Add vanila essance & mix it well..
  5. Cool it at room temperature. Then add beaten cream & whip it 3 min(milk & cream mix). Transfer it into the pudding mould. Refrigerate it 15 min..
  6. When it sets half, pour the syrup on it. Keep it in the refrigerator to set 15 min..
