- It's 1 cup of Whipping cream or fresh cream beaten.

- It's 1 n half tbsp of Gelatin.
- You need 1 cup of Orange juice.
- You need half cup of Sugar (for orange syrup).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Honey.
- It's quarter cup of Ice water.

- Mix it with sugar & heat it, when it boils, then add honey. Stir it till it becomes syrup consistency..
- Remove from heat. Cool it..
- Soak gelatin in ice water for 5 min. Heat milk, add sugar, stir it well till the sugar dissolves, then add soaked gelatin. Mix it well. Remove from heat. Add vanila essance & mix it well..
- Cool it at room temperature. Then add beaten cream & whip it 3 min(milk & cream mix). Transfer it into the pudding mould. Refrigerate it 15 min..
